Happy Halloween!

Danika's first Halloween!!! I went back and forth on if I should dress her up for her first Halloween, but my mother bought her a orange shirt and striped pants from Old Navy a long time ago so I just decided to have her wear that as her costume. In the mist of moving that day we stopped by my mothers house to hep her with her costume for a party she was attending. She also has a pumpkin bib and socks but packed them and couldn't find them! Aunt Tricia also came by with Jameson all dressed up as a pirate dog. Danika also had fun getting to help hand candy out to the little trick or tr eaters, next year she will be out in the neighborhood walking around all dressed up! Today was also the day of our big move and all went well.

Danika's Baptism

Today was such a beautiful day! Today Danika got Baptised! All of our family and Friends came and had a great time. Our very special guest was Aunt Kathy who was able to make it from Georgia! The church service was beautiful and had lunch at a great Italian restaurant.

Happy 6 Month Bithday!

I cannot believe you are a half of a year old! Time went by so fast and soon you will be a 1 year old! So far you have had a ton of new foods and loved everyone. You wear a size 2 diaper and still can fit into some of your 3-6 month clothes and have started putting you in the next size up also because you have so many. You still roll over. Today was a very special birthday because you got to meet 3 family members! Aunt Madge and Aunt Jane came from Brooklyn. And Aunt Kathy (Grandmas sister) came from Georgia.

5 Month Check Up

Today was Danika's 5 month check up! Her weight is 15.8 lbs, Her length is 15.8 lbs and her Head Circumference is 16 3/4
Her height and weight is in the 50% and her head is in the 60% Oh this little girl has a big head! She only cried for a little bit after her shot, and did good for being in a doctors office for 3 LONG hours!
I have a ton of allergies myself so I was sure when she was born she would come out allergic to everything. So far nothing yet but she is still young. So after when the doctor kept commenting on how beautiful her eyes are and how long her eye lashes are, she turned to us and asked if we were sure she wasn't allergic to anything and asked if we had any allergies, because she said that all of the babies she has ever met that have long eyelashes ALWAYS had allergies. I freaked and said thank you, but no so far nothing. But not to jinx her she is still very young and my allergies didn't seem to develop untill I was in my 20's. Paul commented that he is not allergic to anything and hopes she follows him in that aspect.

A day with my cousins

Today was so fun, we packed up and spent the whole day with cousin Ian & Kira
And I was super excited for Danika to go to her first playground! After we went out for lunch we walked over to the local town park. Danika loves the playground and can't wait for her to really enjoy it when she is bigger. Ian & Kira were such big helpers today.
